KERN OPTIFLEX 100 LASER

Our Kern Optiflex laser is powered by a 400 watt CO2 tube and able to cut 5′ x 8′ plastic sheets. The k-vision technology is a fully integrated hardware and software solution that allows for accurate cutting of printed materials. Rotary cutting, metal cutting, and etching are just a few of its capabilities. Common applications: Laser etching, Laser cutting w/ polished edges.

KERN HSE LASER

This Kern high speed etching laser has a 8′ x 10′ vacuum bed w/ blower, PhotoGRAV software and extra gantry clearance. Power: 400 Watts.

BCL-1309X LASER/ENGRAVER

Our BCL-1309 laser is able to cut smaller jobs along with deep etching material.

GABBIANI GALAXY 90 PANEL SAW

14′ Computerized panel saw, the Galaxy is capable of making straight cuts accurate within .006″ in material up to 5″ thick. Most commonly used for cutting acrylic to size.

SCHELLING FK4 PANEL SAW

14′ Computerized panel saw that can be used for all types of material. This machine offers the highest degree of precision, cutting up to 3.5″ thick material. Most commonly used for cutting acrylic.

CANON ARIZONA 365GT FLATBED PRINTER

The Canon Arizona 365GT flat bed printer is perfect for printing large scale jobs that include but are not limited to: signs, photographs, art, and practical items such as magnets. APEX MULTICAM CNC ROUTER

Our Apex Multicam CNC router is one of the widest machines on the market and can cut long sheets of material.

SCM PRATIX N15 CNC ROUTER

60″ x 144″ CNC router. The Pratix is capable of cutting AutoCAD files of 2″ thick.

KOMO VR 508 CNC ROUTER

60″ x 96″ The Komo is capable of cutting AutoCAD files out of material up to 2″ thick, this heavy-duty machine is one extremely powerful; Applications include but are not limited to: cut out signage letters, decorative shapes, or complicated components.

WEEKE ABP 310 DIAMOND POLISHER

The ABP 310 is our diamond edge polishing machine, designed and customized for the plastic industry. Leaving crystal clear edges on acrylic and several other colored plastics.

SLASH 2 3D PRINTER

The SLASH 2 delivers a resin 3D printing experience that is faster, more precise, and more reliable than any other device of its class. Curing the resin using UV flashes makes this optimized pixel structure perfect for 3D printing. Examples of applications: dental, mock ups/prototypes….etc.

BELOVAC THERMOVACUUM

53″ x 103″. Typically used for molding structural components in higher detail by heating thermoplastics and suctioning it on to desired mold. Examples of applications: Creating a custom part, replicating a sculpture…etc.

QUINCY PRECISE THERMOOVEN

48″ x 56″ x 108 forced air convection oven. This oven is used to uniformly heat various types of thermo-plastic material. The material is heated in the oven and then manipulated into desired finish. Example of applications: Molding boat windshields, making a dome, molding a clear casket……etc.
